Joomla! is my favorite CMS, and I have been using it for years. I have delivered some solutions for my clients based on Joomla!. Often I also
tried to earn cash from Joomla!. One way I have tried is to adding
advertisement, selling affiliate products, and running online shop with
VirtueMart component. This book covers most of the techniques and tools
available for generating cash from a Joomla! site.
Only one drawback I see in this book is too little information on
VirtueMart, the ecommerce component of Joomla!. It has only described
how to install, configure, add and sell products. There are more things
to learn about VirtueMart. I n fact VirtueMart alone deserves a full
book. All other components discussed are more or less related to cash
generation.
